Hakuhaku,” a museum of Hakata's food and culture, operated by Aji no Mentaiko Fukuya.
It is a very interesting museum where you can enjoy the entire food and culture of Hakata.
You can take a tour of the Aji no Mentaiko Fukuya factory, try your hand at making the world's one and only unique mentaiko, and taste Fukuya's freshly made mentaiko only at HAKUHAKU Café.
The museum corner features a powerful theater showing the Hakata Yamakasa festival, and the store corner has a variety of Hakata's famous confections, local specialties, and handicrafts, so you can find that special souvenir you forgot to buy.
Locals and out-of-prefecture visitors alike are welcome to stop by.
