Mojiko Retro:

Kokura Castle:
Known for its unique “Karazukuri” architectural style.

Karato Market:

A retro and photogenic port town with pleasant sea breezes.
Enjoy historic Western-style buildings, the Kanmon Strait view, and local delicacies such as baked curry.
To visit Karato Market, please take the ferry individually.

13:30 – Kokura Castle (approx. 1 hr 30 min)
The view of Kokura Castle from the castle garden is considered the most beautiful.
The 3rd floor features exhibits on legendary swordsmen Musashi Miyamoto and Kojiro Sasaki.
The 5th floor observatory offers a panoramic view of Kokura.
Optional: Combined ticket for Kokura Castle, Kokura Castle Garden, and Matsumoto Seicho Museum (700 yen per person).

The blooming period varies with temperature; full bloom cannot be guaranteed.
