An active sushi chef teaches you how to make sushi rolls.
You can experience making sushi rolls at the sushi counter.
We use rice from Kikuchi, a region famous for rice.
You can eat the sushi rolls you've made right there, or you can take them home.
The craftsmen will teach you carefully, so please feel free to apply even if you are a beginner.
