9:10 Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine (approx. 90 minutes)
Dazaifu Tenmangu is the head shrine of all Tenmangu shrines in Japan. For over 1,100 years, it has been widely known as seat of the god of learning, culture, and arts, as well as the god of warding off evil. Every year, many students visit to pray for success in entrance exams and academic improvement. On the approach to the shrine, the fragrant scent of the famous "Umegae Mochi" sweets being grilled drifts through the air.
12:40 Beppu Ropeway (approx. 60 minutes)
Take a ride on the ropeway, one of Kyushu's largest with 101 seats, for an aerial stroll up to the middle of Tsurumi-dake at an altitude of about 1,300m! You can climb the spectacular course with an elevation difference of 800m and a total length of 1,816m in about 10 minutes. From the summit, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery of Beppu Bay and Mount Aso, and enjoy the nature of all four seasons.
*Beppu Ropeway fees are not included in the tour.

[When Beppu Ropeway is closed] Umi Jigoku
One of Beppu’s largest “hells,” where steaming hot water bubbles up in vivid cobalt blue. Enjoy mystical steam and spectacular views at this natural hot spring pool formed by a volcanic eruption over 1000 years ago. There are ashiyu (foot baths) and a souvenir shop in the park offering plenty of souvenirs unique to the hell area.
*Entry to Umi Jigoku is 500 JPY and is at visitors’ own expense.

Yufuin (approx. 140 minutes)
Yufuin is a hot spring resort popular both in Japan and internationally for its beautiful nature and tranquil atmosphere. Surrounded by mountains, the town is dotted with hot springs, cafés, and sweet shops, offering a relaxing escape for all who visit. Lake Kinrin and Yunotsubo Street are particularly popular tourist attractions.

3)A staff member who can speak Chinese, English, Japanese, or Korean will accompany the tour, but please be aware in advance that they may not be a native speaker of your language.
