The famous waterfall “Nabegataki” is surrounded by the rich nature of Aso.
Since you can walk on the back side of the waterfall through the water curtain, it is popular as “Urami Falls.”
This time, JTB specially reserved Nabegataki Falls for a limited period of 5 days. You can experience a fantastic world that is different from daytime due to the light-up production that has been selected as a Japan Night View Heritage Site.
Light is beautifully projected on the waterfall at night, which is wrapped in silence. The mystical collaboration between flowing water and light is a special experience unique to this period.
Please enjoy the impressive scenery to your heart's content, which can only be found on a limited schedule.

Precautions
Notice
- ・Please exercise extreme caution regarding falling rocks and slips when entering behind the waterfall or within the river area.
- ・The waterfall cannot be seen from the Nabegataki Park parking lot.
- ・You may be asked to wait before entering depending on crowd conditions.
- ・It is approximately a 3-minute walk from the park entrance to the waterfall. There are stairs and steep slopes along the route.
- ・There are no pathways accessible by wheelchair.
- ・Visibility of the ground becomes limited at night. Please take extra care to ensure your safety.
- ・In the event that the event is canceled due to a typhoon or severe weather conditions, we will notify you by email at the address used during purchase no later than the day before.
