Set on Munakata Oshima, an island also said to be the birthplace of the Tanabata legend, we created five experiential contents under the theme “Munakata Oshima Five-Colored Journey,” representing faith, nature, and human connections as five-colored tanzaku (wish strips).

This Yellow experience program allows participants to enjoy Amanatsu, a spring specialty of Munakata Oshima, from harvesting to processing. Guests will pick Amanatsu oranges at a local farmer’s orchard and, under the guidance of an instructor, try making Amanatsu sauce.

At lunchtime, participants will prepare an Amanatsu squash drink using the sauce they made themselves. Any leftover sauce can be taken home as a souvenir.

This approximately 3.5-hour experience allows you to discover new attractions in tourism through interaction with Oshima’s nature and local residents.
